CONTEXT
Continental is a global tire brand with strong and highly structured international guidelines. I worked on the account as a 360° design project, developing a wide range of visual assets across digital, physical and event environments.
My role covered social media content, print campaigns, stadium LED animations, event stands, corporate materials and on-site activations. Every piece had to align strictly with global brand standards while responding to local market needs and sponsorship opportunities.
In 2023, Continental began expanding into the world of professional padel, becoming one of the main sponsors of major competitions. This opened a new creative territory that required adapting the brand to a fast-growing sport with a very different visual and cultural language.

CHALLENGES
The main challenge was working within a very defined international brand system. Continental has precise rules regarding typography, color usage, layouts and messaging. The work required consistency and accuracy across every format, from a small social media asset to large-scale stadium LED screens.
At the same time, we needed to keep the communication fresh and relevant, especially when entering the padel scene. The sport has a dynamic, energetic identity that differs from the traditional automotive tone, so the challenge was finding the right balance between respecting the corporate framework and creating pieces that felt engaging and current.
Another complexity was the diversity of formats. Designing for print, digital, motion graphics and physical spaces demanded constant adaptation while maintaining a cohesive visual language.

SOLUTION
I approached Continental as a fully integrated brand system rather than isolated deliverables. For social media, I developed structured yet flexible layouts that respected global guidelines while allowing room for dynamic compositions and sport-driven visuals.
For events and sponsorship activations, including padel competitions, I designed stands, environmental graphics and branded elements that translated the brand’s strength and performance values into spatial experiences. I also created animated visuals for stadium LED screens, ensuring clarity and impact even at large scale and high speed.
Across print campaigns and corporate materials, I maintained strict alignment with international standards, introducing subtle creative variations where possible to keep the communication visually engaging without breaking consistency.
OUTCOME
Continental’s presence across digital platforms, sporting events and large-scale venues became more cohesive and recognizable. The brand successfully positioned itself within the professional padel circuit, gaining visibility in one of the fastest-growing sports in Spain.
For me, this project strengthened my ability to manage complex brand systems at scale. Working across so many touchpoints sharpened my attention to detail, adaptability and understanding of how a global brand can remain consistent while still evolving creatively in new cultural spaces.
