CONTEXT
WomanGoal is an organization dedicated to empowering women in football, building opportunities for players and celebrating female talent across the sport. I joined the project as a designer and video editor, working alongside a teammate to produce all social media visuals, motion pieces and campaign materials.
The brand already had a very defined identity system, so our role was to sustain and expand that visual universe while keeping consistency across every daily asset. From reels to static posts, announcements and event campaigns, our work helped maintain the brand’s momentum and visibility across platforms.

CHALLENGES
One key challenge was keeping up with the pace: WomanGoal produced content almost daily, sometimes multiple pieces in a single day. This required fast execution, strong organization and a workflow that balanced quality with speed.
Another challenge was maintaining coherence within a highly defined brand identity while still finding space for creativity. We had to adapt quickly, responding to real-time football updates, audience engagement and campaign requirements.
The Drafts initiative, one of WomanGoal’s most important projects, added its own level of complexity: multi-step communication, personalized messages, event-day coordination and impactful announcement assets. Ensuring a smooth, cohesive visual experience across all these stages required planning and precision.

SOLUTION
To streamline production, we created and adapted templates, especially for video, that allowed us to accelerate daily content without sacrificing quality. Motion graphics, quick edits, dynamic layouts and strong visual rhythm became essential to keep up with the demand.
Even with a pre-established brand identity, we found ways to expand it: refining compositions, improving hierarchy and introducing visual touches that kept the content fresh and aligned with the brand’s evolving presence.
For the Drafts campaign, we developed a complete visual journey: sign-up posts, onboarding messages, reminders, event visuals and final winner announcements. Each piece reinforced the mission of elevating women’s football and connecting players with opportunities.
OUTCOME
WomanGoal became one of the projects I enjoyed working on the most. Despite tight timelines, we had creative freedom within a clear visual framework, balance that allowed the brand to grow while staying coherent.
Our templates and design system not only improved internal workflow but continued being used after the brand left the agency, which speaks to the lasting value of the visual foundation we built.
Professionally, this experience strengthened my skills in high-frequency content design, video editing, motion graphics and brand stewardship. More importantly, it showed how design can amplify meaningful missions: in this case, empowering women in sport through powerful, consistent visual storytelling.
